Non-returnable items
Chemical gallons and buckets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and bulky items.
Exchanges
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about exchanging your item. You may be able to exchange it if you use your own return carrier. If you do not wish to use your own carrier, we can provide you with one at your own cost.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
If your package has been lost or damaged by the shipping carrier we truly apologize about the inconvenience this may cause. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or lost, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to start the process of a lost or damaged item/s
- Take pictures before opening the package *if possible* as well as the inside of the packaging.
- Send us 6-9 pictures to silverhorizonsupply@gmail.com email, so that we can start the claim for you.
Please keep in mind that claims may take up weeks to get approved. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
